Deluxe Wax Studio is a fresh and inviting full body waxing studio located inside Hamilton Spa Suites - Geneva, IL. (Suite #1) Independently female operated by Angelena, an Illinois licensed Esthetician who specializes in Brazillian (V) waxing using hard wax. The highest quality of vegan wax is used, for the most sensitive of skin and coarsest of hair. I am dedicated to providing a fabulous waxing experience and on a mission to help others feel empowered through waxing. Upon your arrival: There is a parking lot directly in front of the spa. We are located inside Hamilton Spa Suites. If you arrive early, take a seat in the lobby. I will be with you at your reservation time. Please do not knock on the door, I may be with another guest. Thank you. • Reservation Only • If your preferred time isn't available, please join our waitlist, and we'll notify you of openings. • 25% booking fee is required for all reservations and goes towards your service • Please bring exact change if paying in cash
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand if you need to move your reservation time or date. However, if you need to cancel, reschedule, or modify your reservation, please notify us within 12 hours via text, email, or by going on deluxewaxstudio.glossgenius.com • Same day cancelations for any reason will lose their 25% deposit. • If a deposit was not submitted prior, 25% of total booked services will be due before you can reschedule. Please send cancellation fee through Zelle: deluxewaxstudio@gmail.com ( for example: a $60 service canceled on the same day would be subject to a $15 cancellation fee. ) • This includes taking off services. If you know you will not need all the services you have booked, please notify us within the 12-hour time frame. • If you reschedule on Glossgenius, your deposit will automatically transfer over. If you cancel your reservation on Glossgenius, our booking site will require another deposit. If you submit 2 deposits they will both be honored and go towards your service (if canceled before the 12-hour mark.) Text your name and desired reservation time, I can reschedule your reservation without requiring an additional deposit.
